Meet Chris

Chris Pesce is a licensed realtor who approaches each transaction with a combination of analytics, creativity, and a knowledge of the real estate markets so his clients can achieve their real estate goals with the least amount of stress.

Chris was born and raised in Connecticut and developed a strong interest in business and finance from an early age. He moved to Boston, attending Northeastern University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Finance. Chris went on to obtain a master's degree in International Economics from Suffolk University. After completing his education, Chris began his career in the financial industry, working for prominent asset management companies such as Fidelity Investments and The Boston Company in Boston.

With a focus on corporate finance, he gained valuable experience and developed a comprehensive understanding of the financial markets and investment management. In pursuit of new opportunities and better weather, Chris decided to relocate to Orange County, California. There, he immersed himself in the commercial real estate sector, accumulating over 25 years of experience with various investment companies. Chris's most recent role was as an Assistant Vice President in corporate accounting, where he collaborated with a diverse range of real estate professionals, including asset managers, analysts, lawyers, bankers, and auditors.

In the fall of 2020, Chris made a significant career transition by obtaining his real estate license and embarking on a new path as a residential realtor. This change allowed him to pursue his passion for real estate while utilizing his analytical skills, financial background, and meticulous attention to detail to guide his clients towards achieving their real estate goals. Chris's unwavering dedication to the field of real estate led him to partner with Cove Canyon Realty, a renowned brokerage known for its exceptional reputation in servicing coastal Orange County. He was drawn to the brokerage's commitment to utilizing data[1]driven analytical analysis and sophisticated marketing programs, all aimed at delivering the highest level of results for their clients.

Currently, Chris resides in Rancho Santa Margarita with his wife Donna, their daughter Sophia, their beloved cat Sadie, and their greyhound Arya. During his free time, Chris enjoys exploring the wilderness parks on his mountain bike, going to a great restaurant or unwinding with a day at the beach.
