Meet Ken

Ken Robertson is a licensed real estate Broker with a successful career spanning three decades. With a unique blend of creativity, real estate acumen, and skill in working with people, Ken has consistently delivered exceptional results throughout his professional journey. 

Born in the San Francisco Bay Area, Ken is proud to continue a rich family legacy in real estate, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, a resort land broker, and his father, a local shopping center developer. This deep-rooted connection to the industry instilled in him a passion for real estate from an early age. After completing his undergraduate degree (in Finance and Real Estate) from California State Long Beach, Ken got his first big break, working for Heisman Trophy Winner, Roger Staubach in his Newport Beach office. At The Staubach Company he honed his skills in corporate advisory service, real estate finance and the importance of business ethics, laying a solid foundation for his future success. After a decade in advisory, Ken transitioned to the principal side of the business, where he established himself as a prominent figure in the industry. Over the years, Ken developed shopping centers on his own account and expertly managed a portfolio exceeding $5 billion in commercial real estate investments as Central Region President for KBS Realty Advisors, one of the nation's largest non-traded office REITs.

Ken obtained an MBA from the University of Southern California to enhance his expertise further, cementing his knowledge and positioning himself well to advise clients in many facets of the real estate industry. In 2018, driven by his passion for local, coastal real estate and a healthier lifestyle, Ken pivoted his efforts to working with private investors and owners of coastal residential, multi-family, and mixed-use properties. 

Ken's intimate knowledge of South Orange County, where he has resided most of his life, enables him to navigate its nuances and provide invaluable guidance to his clients. 

Outside of work, Ken finds solace and inspiration in nature. He frequently explores the local hiking trails, enjoys paddleboarding, and enjoys various art forms. Family holds immense importance to Ken, and as a devoted father of two and a husband of over 25 years, he cherishes the bonds he has built. Ken's commitment to giving back is evident through his volunteer work as a mentor for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) through their Young Leadership Group. He also holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker's license, underscoring his dedication to professionalism and excellence in the field. With his exceptional track record, comprehensive market knowledge, and unwavering dedication, Ken Robertson is the advisor for discerning clients seeking outstanding real estate experiences along the California coast.
