FROM SAPPED TO SUCCULENT

We at Csira Properties are passionate fans of all things beautiful. It’s easy for us to become transfixed by an interesting detail or creative addition to a property. We invest a great deal of thought, energy and treasure to help transform homes from mundane to marvelous. Through our keen observations of the reactions of hundreds of clients, we know that people fall in love with things that are pleasing to the senses. We’ve sold homes in days that previously sat on the market for extended periods of time because we made cosmetic changes and added designer touches. We humans are attracted to…well, things that are attractive. Duh.

So, when one of my office mates showed me this time-lapsed video, I was smitten. Check it out! Admit it, that was pretty cool.

Curb appeal is a critically important factor in selling a home. The utilization of softscape is one of the most cost-effective and impactful ways of making a home more attractive. Adding pop and color to a bland exterior makes a home inviting. It looks fresh, clean and well-cared for. A home with lovely landscaping draws people (buyers) in, as opposed to having them turn their noses up as soon as they bring the car to a halt. Count on us to bring in the best talent to make your home stand out from the crowd.
