SEEN ON BROKER PREVIEW 2-15-17

It’s the eclectic nature of Laguna Beach that keeps things so interesting. You never know what you’re going to see on broker preview open houses; a 7,000 square foot mansion or a quaint 700 foot cottage. I tend to fall for the smaller, older properties in Laguna Beach that have retained their original charm and character. Today, one such property was on preview. It is a cottage that was built in the early 1920s and has only had three owners since it was completed. It’s still mostly original, but clean and well-kept. I’m sharing a picture of the dining room, looking into the back yard that I found to be so comforting and inviting.
