Wednesday is broker preview day in Laguna Beach when active listings are opened up to allow agents and brokers to see the properties for ourselves. It’s hugely beneficial to have seen a property at open house before talking to a client about its attributes. I do a weekly blog on something I saw that I found interesting or unique – it’s Laguna Beach, so there’s always something interesting. Last week I wrote a blog about the value of an ocean view. This week, I visited a property in Laguna Beach on El Bosque that I thought had a pleasant beachy, yet comfortable country feel to it. I thought it was well done and a very nice property.
By the way, listing agents love it when the public comes by to see a home, so if you see open house signs out in your neighborhood and want to take a look, feel free to stop in!
